All work in the manuscript must avoid plagiarism, falsification, or significant omission of material.
The editorial board recognizes that plagiarism is unacceptable and has therefore established the following policy stating specific actions (penalties) when plagiarism is identified in articles submitted for publication on Linguanusa. Linguanusa will use software to check the authenticity of the article. Turnitin as our tool in detecting text similarities in articles.
Authors are expected to quote other people's work and ideas explicitly, even if the work or ideas are not quoted verbatim or paraphrased. These standards apply whether the work is previously published, unpublished, or available electronically. Failure to properly cite another person's work may be considered plagiarism. Plagiarism in all its forms is unethical and unacceptable publishing behavior. Linguanusa applies a minimum text similarity score standard of below 25%. Articles must be revised or rejected if the manuscript appears above 25%.
